ECW announcer Matt Striker will be on the PIX Morning News tomorrow at 6:45 a.m. ET promoting tomorrow night’s debut of “WWE Superstars” on WGN America. Also, tune-in tomorrow and every Thursday for “WWE Superstars” at 8 p.m. ET on WGN.
WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair and his son Reid will both be appearing at the Big Time Wrestling event on March 27 in Danbury, Conn. Ric will be the special referee in a match between John Walters and Jay Lethal, as Reid will make his Big Time Wrestling debut earlier in the show.
Mickey Rourke isn’t the only actor to kickstart his comeback by leaping from the top rope of a wrestling ring. Todd Bridges, who played Willis on “Diff’rent Strokes” made his pro wrestling debut in San Francisco at the DNA Lounge, in a match produced by Fog City Wrestling.
