Former Superstars’ lawsuit thrown out of court

A lawsuit put forth by former WWE Superstars Scott “Raven” Levy, Christopher “Kanyon” Kluscartis and “Above Average” Mike Sanders has been dismissed by Senior U.S. District Judge Peter Dorsey. The lawsuit, which said that the three Superstars should have been claimed as employees, was dismissed. Dorsey stated that the three men signed contracts which openly stated they’d be viewed as Independent Contractors.
